Nothing wrong with average looking men. I think they're a whole lot more interesting that men who preen all the time.

Damn. I am SO screwed.

are you guilty of a bit of preening?

Scott?  NEVER!

QueenZipp - 2008-11-13 12:30 PM I just emailed pictures of the Blue to my friend. The same girl who helped me get the road bike a year or so ago.  My husband gave her so much grief about the $$ we spent on the roadie--ha, he spent a whoole lot more!

Sounds like your hubby is starting to 'get it'

He's really supportive in a lot of ways.  Since I switched jobs he's done most of the cooking since he's home before me.  Last summer he would hold dinner or whatever to make sure I got my run in after work.

He doesn't enjoy race days, gets bored waiting around and hasn't volunteered for anything.  But, he helps keep track of splits and is great about things like loading/unloading gear.  Takes good pictures for me

What more could yuo want???? Id love to not have to think about cooking when I get home! And good pictures is excellent!!!

Thats great!

Yeah, He's really great.  Definitely a big supporter even if he is bored at race day   He goes to most of them and it is a huge sacrifice when he has to rearrange his school work. (one more year till his masters is done)

Its great that he does it! Ive only ever ONCE has someone come and watch me race, my ex (when I was with him of course).... he complained so much about the whole thing it left me uninspired to ever take someone with me again!

Hmmmm, so we need to find you a tri sherpa, cooking man who looks awesome (cause you know that's important).  My husband looks like the pillsbury doughboy but he's still mine

Lol - I seem to in the past have stuck with 'average' looking men... maybe thats what Im doing wrong

Umm yeah... I dont spend much time preening - and if a guy spends mroe time than me then that would annoy me.. BIG TIME!!! (except for the occassional special occassion of course!)

Most of the kids movies are these days. I like watching some of them just as much as my girls do.

What is the definition of "average"?

Not Brad Pitt or Tom Cruise looking men.  More like Tom Hanks (good looking but not flaunting it)

Swedish Chef was always my favorite. My girls never really got into Sesame Street. They always played it at strange times and they never really got to see it. My five year old could still but she just doesn't really want to.

There are entire countries that collectively preen less than I do in a given week.

Ok, I really am out of here. I have German Chocolate Cake - MY FAVE - and food waiting for me!

Happy B-Day. Enjoy the cake
