Seattle | Subject: RE: Yanti & Salty RidiculoSnarky Almost Intelligent-Charming Manatees PART 4 - Full TriAya - 2012-08-30 1:32 PM I love family drama! Not. Well, the thing to remember is that YOU are not the drama. I am not the drama. It's everybody else's drama and it can stay there. I have SUPER headache that came on suddenly during a run. It's steadily getting worse despite the application of a strong NSAID. Unfortunately, anything good I have went down the hatch to control my cough when in JKT. Think a Milky Way would help? Compared to the migraines I used to have, or typhoid/dengue headache where I'd have to lie perfectly still in a very dark quiet room or I'd puke (which I'd do anyway), it's not that bad. But I suck in my breath sometimes. Abso-fudging-lutely |

A number of the Chinese-Indonesians do (they are a very substantial, and controversial minority here). |

Also, if stuff gets going in Bali, provided that we're actually going to do stuff, which I know we will (oh the creative translations of "stuff" ... ) it only really gets going around 11pm or later, which would be 8am Seattle time. Since I know you eat breakfast early, that would just translate into dinner here. Or, as is the case with both of us ... oh wait, I'm conscious? Must be a time to eat ... |

Glad our schedules are compatible. I'm actually thinking that when I make the trip I will be making a few other stops with a friend whom I want to coordinate some travel with. Full Moon Party in Thailand is on the list, maybe Laos and Cambodia?? Not sure. I should do those after my visit with you (assuming I am still alive) so that I haven't adjusted to the time. |

Just race yourself and get over yourself. Very few of us will ever be on a podium, this is a hobby for 99% of us. If that is your biggest problem, get some stinkin' perspective. |

Does s/he sound hot? Well, it's a he so that loses a couple points in my book () really sarcastic though, so obviously that works well with me. Overall I would say no. Which is a good thing considering I don't need any distractions while I'm trying to get better. What do you think about me and coaching? His philosophy seems to be dictated by strength in running. "Strength comes from the calves" he says. I almost laughed out loud because I was thinking "gumdrops." YES!!! Bwahahahaha!!! |

After much thought and discussion, the pros FAR outweigh the cons. I just submitted my application. Who knows, they might not even consider me, but I have to take this chance...if it happens, I will be in a better place--I don't necessarily mean geographically (I do love sunny Cali), but financially, and mentally. My husband believes it is the right direction, and even my mom does! I was sure I would get the total guilt from her, but she, without even hearing the whole breakdown, said "so you're gonna apply, right?". I am blessed to have a great family like this. The best part for me--I would be in close proximity to my sister again--admittedly, it may cause the apocalypse, but it would be AWESOME! |
