I think I just went on a rant.  OK, not really a rant, but a diatribe.

Silly triathletes....

The MAF thread.

Seriously, some people need to step back for a minute, and see the forest for the trees.

Morning TAN.  Welcome back, Ryan.  Did you win anything?  =)

Scout, amen.  I'm not even a "runner" and I agree with your points.  Duh people...=)

So last night I got about 3.5-4 hours of sleep.  So over the last three nights, I've slept about eleven hours.  This is a very, very bad thing.  Also, I was kept from eating dinner last night by inanity, and didn't eat breakfast.  Which means the last thing I ate was lunch yesterday.  Then I went to spin.  For the second time in a week, which is the first time in oh, seven months that I've been able to do that.  How do you think my poor little stressed out body handled THAT?  I should be shot.  Any volunteers?  =

Only if we get to launch you like trap!

Good Morning, K!  Sorry about the lack of sleep... and food.

Wife was out of town last night, on business.  Therefore, I couldn't sleep.  Don't know what it is, but I just couldn't.  Think I finally fell asleep around 1:30 or 2 but then kept waking up every hour.  And I have a 3 hour client meeting this afternoon.  I look like hell.  Hrumph.

I feel ya Crown.

I didn't shave this morning and put on a green short-sleeve shirt, kind of a summery one, and naturally they want me to do TV again. WHY do they do this on days when I'm not prepared for it? Why couldn't they do it yesterday when I had on a nice sweater and button up and was clean shaven. I'm going home over lunch to change if they're going to make me do this.

Tony... may I suggest that you keep a pressed shirt, tie and a shaving kit in you desk drawer from now on.
