There is no risk of jellyfish before about july 1st.  Then you're in for a world of hurt.  Other things in the bay pose no risk.  In the summer there are a lot of rays around, but they coincide with the jellies.   

It probably all depends with whom we are in close proximity.

Hadn't suggested that specifically. If he calls back, I will see what he's up for. He looked pretty beat on Wednesday, so he might not be up for going out to Sterling.

Believe me, he's not doing any chicks, me or otherwise. He actually WAS beat from training; he's been working 12-hour days and trying to train for the Kinetic Half. And tri-bike shopping - making a decision and buying one tomorrow.

Deciding between the Kuota K-Factor, the QR Caliente and the Cervelo P2C. I don't know how tricked out he's going components-wise though.

Yes, he's going to Bonzai. I don't think he quite has the time to go trekking to Philly, etc. And there aren't really any other places close by that sell tri-bikes.
