I did a short run tonight... Was improving my time a little... First time ever under 11mins/mile... TA-DAH!

Tomorrow I am planning on some early morning Yoga, run or swim... or both... haven't made up my mind yet.

Hey there, Arties!  I'm going to be heading out of town for a few days.  I can't wait to enjoy a little vacation time.  No work.  I'm ignoring school work (even though I really could stand to do a little catch up).  Fun with family.  A broadway show.  A run in Central Park.  Yay for fall break!  Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend.  Talk to y'all again on wednesday!

Oh no... I hope its jus random... Im sitting here icing my neck (no idea what Ive done but its been bothering me since yesterdday morniing) and knees and getting up every few minutes to stretch my calves....

Probably a good thing I have the house to myself....

Layed on a bag of ice tight (oh sh@t that's a tight back.....taking some muscle relaxers tonight and stretching then I'll see how it feels in the morning...make decisions along the way like I did a few weeks ago when I had a migraine---and still ran 10 miles)

I think I stressed it when I went SPLAT the other morning cause it's been tweaky since then but today is nasty.

haha thats the positive... Im going to try and head out maybe tomorrow morning for a 'jog' and see how I go... then walk when it gets too much nad see if I can pick it up again..

I dont have a clue on distances for any of the places i will wralk.. not sure if thats a good or a bad thing... but since i Know how far I have to go next weekend Im going with good... if I dont know how far it is I can still think its easy-ish  

I obviously have weird taste... my flatmate actually has a series or two of the muppet show here somewhere... or at least he used to....

I think you're right. Forgot about him. I don't think he caught on as much as some of the others. Beaker isn't wildly popular either.
