1stTimeTri - 2008-10-10 7:38 PM Got in a Z2 zone 4.2 mile in tonight.  Felt good to get out there but must listen to my coach - Yes, I must listen to my coach.

Nice!!! Everything for the team.... and for the coach in your case! ;-)

I did a short run tonight... Was improving my time a little... First time ever under 11mins/mile... TA-DAH!

Tomorrow I am planning on some early morning Yoga, run or swim... or both... haven't made up my mind yet.

I am off for tonight. Have a great start in you weekend everybody.

TOPPAGE, sweet TOPPAGE! ;-)

Hey there, Arties!  I'm going to be heading out of town for a few days.  I can't wait to enjoy a little vacation time.  No work.  I'm ignoring school work (even though I really could stand to do a little catch up).  Fun with family.  A broadway show.  A run in Central Park.  Yay for fall break!  Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend.  Talk to y'all again on wednesday!

Ok, so I had a blast running with the little kids today.  I am unsure of my exact milage or time, but I feel that I ran at minimum what I put down.  They wipped me out.  I am tired.

My back has been tight all day.  I couldn't even do the downward dog it's so tight.  Layed on a bag of ice tight (oh sh@t that's a tight back.....taking some muscle relaxers tonight and stretching then I'll see how it feels in the morning...make decisions along the way like I did a few weeks ago when I had a migraine---and still ran 10 miles)

I think I stressed it when I went SPLAT the other morning cause it's been tweaky since then but today is nasty.

I hope you feel better!

I think you're right.  Forgot about him.  I don't think he caught on as much as some of the others.  Beaker isn't wildly popular either.

I dont have a clue on distances for any of the places i will wralk.. not sure if thats a good or a bad thing... but since i Know how far I have to go next weekend Im going with good... if I dont know how far it is I can still think its easy-ish

I obviously have weird taste... my flatmate actually has a series or two of the muppet show here somewhere... or at least he used to....

Sounds like we could start hunting the dictionary for other adjectives to make the craziness of what we like/do seem more normal....wait, it is normal.  The rest of the universe is messed up!
