meh.  THAT super kitten can easily be choked - SuperCat knows better than to wear a cape tied tight around her neck and then jumping in a pool that has a super draining system, if you catch my drift.

After reading this thread last night before bed, I had a nightmare that this was the pace booty I got stuck behind in my first race.  I'd just like to thank you all for that bit of motivation to hit the gym much harder in the next couple of months.

Teams need a bit of tweaking with the new additions - welcome guys! Especially those of you doing your first challenge - hooray! 

Im off towork right now but I  will do my very best to make BT Challenge TEams my first priority when I get there!

Hey guys, so sorry that I am just now posting goals.  Here I go....

5 hours swimming

10 hours running

5 hours biking

No worries - teams are up - when i get a chance (and Im not at the office) I will get the spreadsheets set up!

Maybe I thought about this all wrong.  If I need one super power, I will stick to the running.  I don't really care to run, so it'll be a good challenge for me.  I will stick with the running goal.  10 hours of running. 

No worries running it is - otherwise I would just put you down for 20 hours of training...

I avoid running a lot so I feel yuor pain

Hiya - its ok here is how this works...

Go into Challenge Me and yuo will see a thread called 'The Justice League'

Enter that thread and hit 'Reply' - introduce yuorself and meet your team.

I havent posted the team spreadsheets up yet so tehre is nowhere to go and log things yet.

Will get them up with proper instructions on how to use them soon

Must be some kind of Australian or New Zealand spelling.
