I know you're 'supposed' to start losing the cravings after 2-3 weeks of no sugar, but I don't know if I will ever be able to make it even 1 week without giving in!! Eat more fiber and drink plenty of water... You can opt for aspartame for your dessert and coffee/tea. Gum is also helps a lot not just for the sweet tooth, but also with hunger.
