This whole back to school thing is so helpful for my computer time I haven't read a book for pleasure in awhile because I'm studying for a stupidyhead exam and am finding it really hard to get through the text. Mind you, I managed to complete an undergrad and masters degree with no problem but this stuff is killing me! I have a pile of books that I'm saving as a "reward" when I finish the work. Of course at this rate, that might be in 2010. |

A friend of his came over and between the 2 of them they brought my saddle up maybe 1/2 inch and forward a touch. They also brought my aerobars in some and the pads in more so my aero position is less strettched over but still with a nice flat back. I stayed in aero for almost the whole time I rode over there! Last thing they are consicering is taking a spacer out of the front end, but they want me to ride a minimum of 50 miles with these changes before we change anything else. |

My Olympic pizziness continues. NBC primetime coverage = 10 minutes of women's TT 45 minutes of men's syncro diving 60 minutes of beach volleyball and then I go to bed and miss 60 minutes of swimming and 60-90 minutes of men's gymnastics. Instead we're flipping and watching the softball too. Meh. |

Even when she came down to meet us for the forced R&R last week she brought a box of stuff! Aye yie yie. |

I put junk out as soon as possible cause I hate clutter! However...Nibbs are coming up on the first anniversary and I think we really need to celebrate that so a wine event at my house sounds good. |

Now C has a tough choice about volunteering at the race or hitting the water park OMG... my kids like Great Wold Lodge better than Disney. They are opening one here but I'm not sure when. |
