Everyone's been getting in some great workouts  I'm personally being extra good nutrition wise today to make up for a very bad weekend (I baked cookies. Why oh why did I think that was a good idea??? ) and for probably being bad this evening. We have our cycling club yearly kickoff meeting with free TexMex. So, today it's been a fruit smoothie for breakfast, a salad for lunch, 2 kiwis and I'll probably have a yogurt and apple for a snack later. No workouts planned since I run straight from work to tutoring then to the meeting. I hate no-workout days and lately they're way too often while I fight this crud that's still lingering  |
