I got hooked, since then I started running then swimming and now I am doing doing the triathlon one year later

I totally zoned out this morning and was halfway to the yoga studio where I teach before I remembered I was supposed to be going to work (in the other direction).  Now that I'm at work, I'm thinking I should have kept going to yoga.  Would have been much better than work.
