I'm pretty sure I've learned male and female anatomy about 5000x before. Haha. The pictures were just more umm...vivid yesterday...more cross sections. Haha

HOLY MOLY MELINDY. If you started at 13 (which is a tad young, IMHO) that is 1500 per year. 29 per week/ 9 per day!!!! each and every day!!

Both times of year are great. Right now, the water is just past swimming stage and the leaves in the northern mountains and Asheville are peaking and just starting here. It is hard to predict on comfy swimming weather. I have been in the lake in April but May is usually the earliest that it is comfortable swimming. The latest I have ever been in the lake is October 31st. (Except for Jan 1 polar bear plunges). Both Spring and Fall are great because there are fewer other tourists about. Same with early summer- like the first couple of weeks in June.

As long as I can beat the bridge at mile 20 I'm good. I know I can go faster than a 14 minute mile pace for 20 miles, and that was without course support, a cheering crowd, a course full of runners, and pace booty.

see! there you go. Now all you have to do is take care of those knees and the foot, so that you can do your best on that day!

I did that once. I had an overpowering urge to grab the rifle on the dash in front of me and use it. That and the taser. I would NOT be good with authority.

Because I'm special and I was randomly selected out of the med students who wanted to go. Its apart of our ER club program. Police, fire and EMS ride alongs.
