No sources being cited, it's more of an average of what some different websites are giving as their full spectrum bulb conversion numbers between watts and lux.... But it does sound like that light, at 150 watts of full spectrum light MIGHT fall into the right lux range used for light therapy. Actually -- I guess you could contact the manufacturer to see if they can tell you how many lux it is. Then you'd know for sure if it was powerful enough..... I ended up ordering this one. It's half off and I got a lot of recommendations on them. I am looking forward to it arriving and trying it out. Will be really interested to see how you go! |

Didn't scan through the reicpes to see how they looked since I don't have to worry about that.....but thought the GF free Nibbs may want to look at their cookbooks for ideas. |
