I just got back from a visit home. It was my mom's 60th birthday on Thursday so we threw her a small party last night. My older sister even flew in from DC as a surprise. We had a lovely, but VERY short mountain bike ride at the Biltmore today. We took the puppy so we rode for a bit, then walked the beast. The weather was perfect. Then, because we could, we had a wine tasting. They wouldn't let the puppy in because she was underage.

Hi Dee. It was a wonderful day to be out and about. Everyone else is at their party or in front of the tube. The store will be empty but hope you don't want beer or munchies. They will be all tapped out.

I distinctly remembering the Steelers being handed the Superbowl against Seattle by the refs but they still kept the trophy!

I dvr'd the one after the superbowl and watched it after the kids went to bed. However, I think I missed the end. I did get to see the big production number though. Dang superbowl goin over its time slot.

(confession: this is the first time I have dvr'd glee. And the first time I've watched an entire episode.I kinda liked it. )

This weekend the staff locked the key in the safe. The facilities guy had to come out and break into the safe this morning and now I have to use a big portion of my tiny branch budget to buy a new safe. Aaarrrrrrrgggggghhhhh!
