Good morning Ghoulies!

I took my 7 year old daughter for a haircut last night and she had enough cut off to donate to Locks for Love. I can't post the before and after pictures on Facebook because no one knows she got it cut, and she wants to surprise people when they see her at my brother's wedding on Saturday.

If I don't get them on here before, I'll put pictures on FB on Saturday night.

He's moving a ton better today. I actually fell asleep for a while and i woke up to my son foraging in the fridge for food. LOL. He is overdoing it a bit, though, and he is a difficult one to keep down.

Glad to hear he is doing better!

KENDRA, the dress was FABulOSO!

ANN, WOW! alls i got to say is WOW! and she looks so cute!

AMY, foraging in the fridge is a good sign. glad your son is feeling better.

hitting the ground running. 2nd day in a row.

took my middle son to school early this morning for band rehearsal.

concert tonight.

supervision and 2 clients in between.

i have a school visit to make so its mostly observation.

then i meeting another family out a local resturant. i REALLY enjoy this family so it will actually be a lot of fun...AND i get paid.

no training on the agenda today.

MOST DEFINATELY a RUN tomorrow.

spin on Thursday...no clients! YAY!

and a short swim on Friday....1 client since my client bagged me yesturday. BUGGER!

then im off to CLEVELAND! A WEEKEND AWAY WITH MY BIGGEST LOSER ONLINE CLUB FRIENDS! YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY.

Morning Ghouligans!

Today is catch up day at work. I got nothing done after my run in the afternoon. We had three sets of people drop by so we spent the evening on the porch laughing and talking. Then waltzed down to the Mexican restaurant for dinner. Now I have to get all packed up for another work trip. This time to Wilmington so at least it is a good place to be.

Hi everyone.

Had a great weekend.

Relay For Life was awesome. Introduced my BIL to it. He has never been to one and he found it very inspiring and the energy level high.

The Bicycle ride on Saturday morning went well. Hubby only got us off course once, LOL. We were slow, but got the ride done.

Then the Paper Dress fashion show was awesome. I took the video for it and I hope that the library is happy with the results. I've never used that camera before and I'm happy with the results.

Then Sunday worked in the yard for about 4.5 hours. It is looking awesome.

Then we went to Snellville Daze, arts and craft show, etc, for about an hour. Fondue for dinner. All was wonderful.

Here is the picture of the paper dress that I helped to make. There are over 500 paper beads on the two layers of fringe.

What a fantastic Dress Kendra!!! Great weekend too. Gee, You crammed a lot into those hours. Is the video going to be posted anywhere?

Once it is, I'll let you know.

wee hee for me!

it did help that the last client of the day wasnt available for his session so i was able to get a leg up on my paperwork.

should make getting away this weekend that much easier.

I got in a great workout last night. 10 minutes warm up on the bicycle. Then 40 minutes of strength training, and then 20 minutes running. I hadn't run in two weeks, so I was a bit worried, but I did okay.

I put her in the bathtub when we got back from getting her haircut last night, that stung a bit. I picked up some of the band-aids with neosporin built in for her. All of the minor cuts will be fine. I'm watching the big one to make sure it doesn't get infected.
