ETA: 2 points away from dropping out of the playoffs. Lame.

Does CBS have free leagues? I've never thought to look but we've used their paid service for 14 years now and love it. 

Just wanted to point out that you lost your last four games, including three to me and my two 16-yos. Not to rub salt in the wounds or anything...

The boys said they would be happy to give you pointers before next season.

They're not too happy about having to face each other in the first playoff round, though.

So I missed the playoffs by 1.78. Cool. Have I mentioned, I love this game ?

I'd like to point out to whichever I played this week that the recap says they would have gone 4-7 against my schedule. I can't believe I left 30 points on my bench too.

I don't have the number's here in front of me but when I read it this morning whichever baby Bear I played this week, I averaged 129 pts/game against, while he wildly outscored his average.

Also, I believe against you I scored 110ish, which improved your SoS.

1. as I said, he improved his team in recent weeks, and scored above his average because of it. He Brycebrowned me last week.

2. And I scored 133 against you, which improved your SOS by even more. In a closed system like this, the underperforming teams will always have a more difficult SOS. That's just the way math works.

Just because I like to torture myself, I would've been 8-4 if I had played your schedule (8-5 if you count the week we played each other)

Some more info on how to screw up a perfectly good roster.

If I hadn't logged in at all after I drafted, I'd have scored 1414 points, or roughly 26 less than I did, but including starting players on their bye's.

If I hadn't made my horrible trade I would've gone 7-6 and made the playoffs.

Life is rough.

Seriously, man, give it a rest. You'll drive yourself crazy with all this "what if" analysis.

I plan to win. 

I'm having a team huddle tonight with my team.  We may change the name of our team one more time this year just for fun.  Also thinking our next game will be in stadium camouflague uniforms.  Or we may simply go with gray, apparently there is no black and white anymore.

Dude, that was an awesome trade. I don't know what you're talking about. 

I sold low on Newton and Megatron and then they both blew up. This has been a horrible trade year for me. On my other team I traded Rodgers/Greene/T. Smith for Eli/MJD/A. Johnson. Eli sucked, MJD got injured and Andre has been good. It also caused me to miss the playoffs. That team was legitimately bad though.

"Buyers" remorse.

I sold high-ish. Plus, as owner, I heard rumblings from my peons that Ben and Vick were literally at each others' throats (familiar place for both of them to be) over the whole "dog killer" and Rapelisberger thing. Not good for team chemistry.

Hmmm should I exercise my commisioner rights and screw up your roster on purpose....?

I'm in a paying league over there (Commissioner).  I think they have free ones too.  I'll look into it for next year, I don't want to have to pay any more than the $20 I just threw in the toilet for this

Just because I like to torture you as well, I went back and looked. From the Week 10 Recap when we played:

"Mutiny on the Bounty would be 8-1 if they played the same schedule as Bro lo el Cunado."

The only one of your opponents I would have lost to in the following weeks is my son, last week.

So I have a total of 10-2, not counting the week we played.

So, looks like I would have had a better record if I played your schedule than the 10-3 I ended up with playing my schedule.
