I was looking for my World Without End book I found another book that I have still have not read.

It's The Year of The Flood - Margaret Atwood.  I started reading it and was having a really hard time following along.  I loved The Handmaid's Tale and Oryx and Crake but this one .. tough.  The story sounds great but .. maybe I need to focus and give it another go.  Anyone read that one?

Sorry, not a reader other than the technical carp I read for my work, or kids' school work at night, or the local newspaper.  I haven't touched a book for, hmmmmmmmmmmm, a long time.

I still remember a couple of "Dear Penthouse" letters that I read when I was in H.S., though.

EDITED: Ooooo, TOPpage.

Hello, TAN!

For the ladies' reading, I would not recommend the Mack Bolan "The Executioner" series:
http://theexecutionermackbolan.com/

I read the first book.  It's a Harlequin romance of one man against the mafia/"bad" people.

Fill-up!  Hi!  I'm really, really, really, really, really, really, really, REALLY sorry that I won't be there on Sunday.

That's okay.  You don't have to be sorry.  At least my back won't be in traction and then having to get medical assistance at the race this weekend due to receiving one of your hugs.

But I was so excited to see you!  You would have gotten another big squeezy hug just like the last one, so maybe it's best that I'm saving you from potentially massive medical bills.

I'd like a big squeezy hug .. I won't break either.  I might break you!

IM Moo will be missing some energy, so I'll have to make up some of that for you.

Oh, and virtual hugs just don't cut it either.

A hug to you both - just don't kill me.

Heh.  Good one.

YES!  But, what edible food would be recommended for consumption at this time?  I suspect Yanti would say something like "whipped cream on my <insert body part here>", but we shouldn't go there.

Sweet Jesus on toast ... I'VE GOT COLD AIR!

Colder than it's been in months.  Freakin' thing was dying a slow death and not running efficiently at all.  I'm the dumb for not having it looked at sooner.   Lesson learned.

Welcome to the promised land.

I have a problem with people using the term "little known secret". Well OF COURSE is little known, that is the definition of secret. A well known secret is not a secret.
