purestone - 2013-02-15 1:07 AM The cookies sounds fantastic, really bacon makes good things even better right?  I don't know how "common" it is in the USA but maple goes well with bacon.  Ever had a maple/bacon donut? yummy.  Maybe it is a Canadian thing.

Why hello there! Who might you be?

I agree with the Bacon part. But it's the Canadian part that has me concerned.  Next thing we know we'll be adding unnecessary "U"s to wourds and talking aboot how much we dislike the dark...

I don't want to know either.

Your "Boots and Cats" video got me in trouble because I sent it to my wife and told her to show the kids she said "Did you watch that?" I said "yes, why?"  She said "There's boobs in it!!!"

That's what I get for not watching the whole video the entire time and freeze-framing at the end...

I was in big trouble...

I saw what they called a "bewb" and didn't get the connection the first time.  Maybe I'm getting old?  But I wouldn't worry about it.  I just posted that on my FB page cuz I like it so much.

I'm grasping at straws right now to figure out something to do to drop lbs and workout.  I idealistically plan to do tri training and/or lifting and cardio but can't get in the groove to do it more than a couple days in a row.

Maybe if I JUST run?  That's pretty easy.  Just go for a 4-6 mile jog every day?  It's not going to get be buff or in tri shape, but it's SOMETHING.

Maybe you are just bored.  Try something new, or something you don't get to do often.  Mountain biking?  Martial arts classes?  Ballet?  You might be more likely to do something you are actually looking forward to, rather than "ugh, i should run today..."

Lie to yourself!!! On those days you don't want to work out just tell yourself you will make it an easy day, an easy run or a light spin or something.  5 min. into the workout I bet you are going at your normal pace.
