No kidding.  I wonder how long the triple Ironman swims have taken...

I finished this morning so I am 100% across the board...

Just in time since I think hubby left his grud behind... Not feeling particularly good today.

Stacie

Great job on your 100%!

send the DH away!

The DH is away until right before christmas thanks to the USAF.

I joined the Oct. challenge so hopefully I am not too bad - thank goodness I dropped my mileage for Oct from 70 (this month) to 50. I felt at times I did too much so I decided to actually follow the 10% rule and start with 50 and go from there.

Oh right, you said that.  in that case, bring him back swiftly and safely.

I'm this close >< to deciding to do a 10K (first ever!!) for Thanksgiving.  That will be the basis for my mileage, gotta choose a training plan.  Probably Hal Higdon's 10K novice.

Of course that means I need to collect my running shoes from my folks soon!

Go for it!

I'm using Hal Higdon's marathon training plan.  He has good plans.

amyro1234 - 2008-09-29 3:01 PM Maybe that could be an idea for the next challenge. 9 hours of swimming and 4 hours of running within two days. No one would do it though.

Oh, I bet there are a few who would, and have.

I also did one more stretching/foam roller session, so I'll add that to the spreadsheet to take me over 100%.

Which makes me sad because I used to work with pediatric bone marrow transplant patients. And cancer patients getting chemo. I miss some of those kids, even now. And some will always be with me in spirit.
