If Im honest with the higher training load thats always my biggest worry... not getting sick... no tummy flares and no random illnesses... I DO work in open plan with lovely old fashioned circulating air conditioning so its not the best environment for anyone really! And there has been a cold/flu thing going around... but I could just be ready for todays rest day... I hope Im just paranoid!
But in this work space I HATE HATE HATE people who do NOT stay home when they are sick! |
