FishrCutB8 - 2006-12-26 12:33 PM ...perhaps we should tell our best Tequila stories...

I don't have a great Tequilla story...but I do have a great Tuaca story.  We used to go to this little dive bar after work to do Tuaca Shots.  Similar to tequilla shots but you use lemon and sugar instead of lime and salt.  (Yeah, if the booze didn't kick your a$$, the sugar did...)

My boyfriend had just dumped me and i was feeling sorry for myself so me and the girls headed out for Tuaca shots.  We did so many shots that the bar ran out of shot glasses.  Long story short, we ended up almost topless dancing on the tables.  I had to be carried out and put in a cab.

Our new mantra became: "Tuaca 'til you can't-a-walka."

Pennsylvania?!! Isn't it like...cold there?!!

It's in the 50's today.  Besides, when you're running and drinking, you don't notice it so much.  Trust me, this is the voice of experience talking here.

Mine was always, "If you don't have a tequila story, you've never drunk tequila..."

Ah. I have many great vodka stories. The problem is, they're hard to remember. But I know I have them somewhere...

Spokes!!

Yeah, I heart vodka.  We have it stocked here in the office.  (Along with the Ciclone, Jack, Captain Morgan's and a variety of mixers!)

Vodka is also my poison-of-choice. My wife won't let me drink tequila anymore...

Does it get humid in the summer?  That's the one thing I love about living in the NW.  Hardly any humidity.

I SO love my job.  My commute is 3 minutes.  (4 minutes if I catch the red light.) I'm not micromanaged (obviously...I'm on BT today) and we frequently shut the office down early and whip bring out the booze.

So as long as I don't get fired for screwing messing around on BT, I should be good.

PA is one of those places that, if you can live there, you can live anywhere. It has days that are hot and humid throughout the summer (100+ degrees with 90% humidity are not common, but not uncomon, either), and single digit in the winters (as wiuth summer). Still, the shore is within reach, the mountains are all around us, and our fall and spring are unrivaled. I love PA.

That being said, my wife and I took our honeymoon in Seattle to see if we wanted to move there. We LOVED it but decided we wanted to be closer to family and friends here...

Eh, it can.  I soooo love the unpredictability of the weather here.

And for the record, I was actually born in Seattle, been back a  few times.

Portland is like a mini-Seattle.  Great micro-brews, good bands, great people, mountains and beaches an hour away but better cost of living and better traffic.

I'm feeling less potato-like. Remember, i'm the Emperor of the Avatar Shift, or, Shifting Avatar, what have you.

Wanna make him feel more potato-like?
Ask him about his run training.....
