3) Career

4) Weight loss

5) Other stuff....

I do love nice shoes....not so much feet.  Besides, my feet are a mess from running.  Ugly black toenails...

I just got back from my long run....My recovery food of choice: low fat chocolate soy milk with peanutbutter and banana on whole wheat.  yum.

I did my grocery shopping last night so I could run today.

Time to bake cookies...Peanutbutter chocolate chip I think

Thanks.  I kept the pace easy so I wouldn't stress it today.  Need to use the massage stick and get a serious stretching session in.

Domestic divadom stinks....it messes up all the fun stuff in life ....like training and shopping...and watching the live feed from IM Kona...

Wow

looks like I have some catching up to do!

Phil summarized last nights  chatter pretty well.

Travis posted lots of pictures from the marines running with the elementary school kids.

Cat and thought the men looked pretty nice....Cat likes men in uniform now but it isn't a high priority to find one.

I love shoes....yes, it's true.  However,he thought I have a foot fetish but truthfully, feet are nasty...especially ones that run a lot and lose toenails and such.

Discussion on the more obscure Muppets...ones who didn't get as poular with the mainstream like Animal, Beaker and Gonzo
