I took GB to the doctor this morning and they have given him some more pills... but this is due to the fact that some of his current compliants are due to side effects from the pain killers... This means that by the time I get to see him this afternoon he should be feeling a lot better. They have also changed the pain medication which takes him off the nasty stuff and means he should be ok to drive himself to the specialist tomorrow - hoorah! I dont feel so tightly wound today... hell tomorrow I might even squeeze in a workout... you never know! |

The pre-race meeting is at 2 at the 3rd Presbyterian church across the street. |

Ive had that since Ive been back from NZ...
