By Monday I will have the same bike mileage as I did April 7th.

That will improve after then though

To bad Fred I'll be riding Sat and Sun.

And I just hurt my knee running again, so more time on the bike!  ( Gotta find the positive in this.... ) 

Smart Asss.  You and Freddy both   But seriously, even if you take on this Challenge and you end up at 450 or 500 miles, you're a winner cause you probably will end up biking a lot more in the month of April if not for this Challenge.   

And unlike Fred, who didn't listen to the rules, Post your Mileage Monday morning/afternoon.  :p

First person to 600 miles gets a Gold Star and a Smiley Face Sticker.  All that make it to 600 miles in the month of April are winners.

Ummmmmmmmm no DC, you only win if you get 600 miles. 599.9 equals FAIL!

I someone goes 599.9 and stops, then they are not mentally well.

I finally got back outside on the bike yesterday and had zero foot pain.  I picked the wrong route to ride because of all the traffic  and red lights, but I climbed some hills, did some sprints, stood up a bit and the foot held up.  A few more weeks and I'll get to try that running thing I've heard so much about.
