13.5 mile out of the 20 I wanted tonight. The storms moved in and forced me home

Rode my normal running route this morning. Put me down for 6 miles -- it's not much, but it's all I had time for. Life has seriously inserted itself into my training recently.

Only 2 more to go -- I "should" make it!

Hi Team,

I've come down with something (flu or other virus thing), and haven't been able to get on my bike in the last couple of days.  I'm not sure about the rules, is it possible to drop me?  Sorry to let you guys down.

First, some genuine sympathy for naners. Sucks to be sick no matter what, plus I get batty if I can't work out. Get well soon!

If it's any consolation, I don't think it matters much for your team, since ...

MAJORITY OF BT BARLOWORLD TEAM ALREADY IN PARIS!!!

Yawning, tapping feet, wondering when you guys might catch up ... I guess young, fresh energy gets you a long way. Like, to the finish line for a team win. Hope the wake tastes good ...

where'd yall go... lets keep this going. Today I went to eleven! 94mi from home to Austin. I had a bit of everything: Low water crossings, Hills, Wind, random errant deers being picked at by vultures, and of course, a 15 mi detour.

so my rides so far == 10 (comitted) + 1.

What are our totals so far guys!?

I bought a trainer today, cycleops wind trainer. Got a 30 min ride in on it, intervals. Puts me up at 10 + 2 now. Spose I'll use some of my extra 'stages' against some of the others we may lack.

Keep it up!

I'm really impressed of how the rest of you have done it, and I feel like I have let you all down. Just life got in the way and although I could have theoretically squeezed my rides in, it just couldn't do it.

I had it all in the past week, my schedule was all turned upside down, I was sick, old injury popping out and that all resulted in a huge loss of motivation decrease. Currently I am so deep in the hole that I have no idea how to climb out, I even can't stand my bike. Weather is not helping also (rain after rain after rain). A lot of crap, I know, but thats what I have to deal with now and I try to handle it as good as I can. I'm really sorry team!
