Hi Team,

I've come down with something (flu or other virus thing), and haven't been able to get on my bike in the last couple of days.  I'm not sure about the rules, is it possible to drop me?  Sorry to let you guys down.

First, some genuine sympathy for naners. Sucks to be sick no matter what, plus I get batty if I can't work out. Get well soon!

If it's any consolation, I don't think it matters much for your team, since ...

well done to all the others. i'llupdae at the weekend when i get my life back! just started a full-time job, with no internet access: sacrilege! too tired at night to concentrate on the spreadsheet. but on the plus side i've commuted everyday except today

so congrats to myself (lol!!!!), sledge and tri fat boy for hitting our targets. naners, i hope you get better soon. and same to artemis who wonderfully is riding through a stress fracture - thanks and final two day stick with it and let's show these others how to do it to shermbelle and katz who can still hit their goals. and daman: stick with it boy, it sounds like you've been very busy; don't worry if you can't hit your target but a few extra rides would be fabulous! oh and can everyone who has riden post them in here: sledge i think you have one extra to add on here....and yes i have been noseying in your blog

I'm really impressed of how the rest of you have done it, and I feel like I have let you all down. Just life got in the way and although I could have theoretically squeezed my rides in, it just couldn't do it.

I had it all in the past week, my schedule was all turned upside down, I was sick, old injury popping out and that all resulted in a huge loss of motivation decrease. Currently I am so deep in the hole that I have no idea how to climb out, I even can't stand my bike. Weather is not helping also (rain after rain after rain). A lot of crap, I know, but thats what I have to deal with now and I try to handle it as good as I can. I'm really sorry team!

CA - congrats on a sweet tour and to so many for reaching their pledged stages.  As a member of team Barlo-smacktalk-world, I'll step out of character for a second and say I enjoyed being wedged in the peleton with you all!
