I missed the 3rd week's checkin...(sick)...Here is last week, some improvement (+'s)

Joining the Challenge: Looking forward to your data.  Join in anytime.  The challenge goes until April 2007.  Just pick some exercises you want to get strong in along with goal weights and start logging (and lifting)!  We check-in weekly, just copy this table and put in your data to post every week here.

Just noticed this challenge and I like it... more my style.  I'll probably try and get those numbers checked out this week.  I assume all the numbers are one-rep maxes?

And damn Ron... you're goin' all out there... 90lbs to the bench in 7 months?  You hittin' the andro?

gair70.3 - just select the entire table via your mouse and copy it into your comments then edit it.  (make sure you have 'rich text editing-tinyMCE' selected in your control panel.  Or just create your own tables using the  icon.

brett - based on my log goals, I would 'like' to get 6 reps...but maybe I will only be at one by next year.  If anything, I'm just trying to eat more and maybe take some basic gnc protein/carb powder for ease of getting some calories in without eating my family out of the house. Wink  No chemicals or creatine or 'stackers' of anabolics...I'm all natural!  I don't like freaky huge.

I'm definitely in on this. My goals will be interesting as they will be more strength-endurance related, e.g., I want to be able to squat 300 x 20 reps.

Here's my challenge. The current "This Week" numbers weren't really done this week - these are just numbers I've done recently and want to improve upon. Notice the Pull Ups say "<0." This just means I can't pull my fat up yet, so I do assisted pull ups for now.

One-arm press 40 kg kettlebell 5 reps 1 rep
Pull Ups 5 <0
Squat 275 x 20 217 x 17
Snatch 32 kg kettlebell 30 reps each arm 10 reps each arm
