Did you get a proper fitting?  If not, I'd highly recommend getting properly fitted for your bike.

Have you tried different saddles?

Is this a new symptom when you bought the bike or have you been using it all year and this just started?

I tried tons of top of the line saddles thanks to my roadies friends, and none helped my numb nuts.  I actually contemplated quitting the biking thing because there's no way I was giving that up for biking! 

I found Adamo online and went to the LBS and got a loaner and it solved all my issues there.  YMMV as saddle fit and comfort is very personal, but I highly suggest at least trying one. There's also a bunch of other saddles designed to help this issue; it's very common.

x3 on the Adamo.  I just got the Adamo Racing saddle and those problems are gone.  I'm still too slow, but the saddle can't do everything.

also X2 on proper bike fit, if the bike fits you wont go numb  (I'm on a bike 10 hours a day and have never gone numb and dept requires bike fit when put on a new bike for liability issues definitely worth it), although some studies have shown that it is /ok/ for a bit of numbness but I wouldn't want to take that chance personally

The Selle seat that came on my P2C was attempting to make sure I never became a father.

I have this problem too after about 10 miles--and occasionally the left foot after about 20, but I can't afford a real fitting.  I figure after 3 kids they've served their functional use

I understand the cost issue but this isn't something to take lightly. My husband had an issue for days after a ride and finally made an appointment with a doc. The doc told him he sees this a lot with cyclists and basically feeling would come back or it wouldn't. He needed to change something. It took 3 WEEKS for things to be normal again. The doc also told him it could be months or forever as in permanent damage. So before you sign up for that next race or go out to dinner set the money aside for a fit and/or new saddle. Truth be told you can change a lot of things yourself so start there but if it doesn't get better go to a good fitter. 

WOW, 3 weeks? that's insane. My one and only completely numb experience lasted a couple hours after a 70 mile ride, had an Adamo demo saddle on the next day, purchased the saddle two weeks later.

Yes! At first we both expected he would wake up one day and everything would be normal but it didn't happen for quite a while. He was on a Cobb and is now on an Adamo.

I'll join the Adamo chorus. Had numb junk with the saddle that came on my Felt B16. Put on the Adamo Road and my first ride was 75 miles of pure comfort. Didn't think about my crotch once. Absolutely amazing. I followed their initial install instructions relative to fore/aft position and seat height, and it was close to perfect. At my 40 mile water stop, I tweaked the front of the seat up a few degrees to stop a slight tendency to slide forward. Perfect.

They are available for ~$110 on eBay. I have seen lightly used ones go for $80, so even if you buy it and hate it, you can get most of your money back.

But I doubt you'll be selling it. After that first ride, I went straight to my computer and ordered another one for my Madone.

I had this issue in the past.  Primarily on the trainer as outdoors I would do enough standing up going up hills to keep the numbness from setting in.  This year it went away when I adjusted my seat position.  I had already had the nose of the eat pointed up slightly last year and that helped maybe a little but not enough.  I tinkered a few more times with my saddle position early this year and finally hit on a comfortable riding position.  Once I hit on what felt like the most comfortable riding position, the numbness coincidently went away too.  You might just have to keep tinkering with that, both the height and/or moving it forward or backwards until you get it right if you don't want to get a professional fitting.
