@Gretchen, Yeah, swimming definitely leaves me feeling sleepy after. Maybe something to do with the warm water? Or just the fact it's a full body thing unlike bike/run? Who knows. It's 100% real though.
Me. Rest week is quieter than normal weeks. Monday was a day off, Tuesday 45 minutes Z2 on the treadmill and 1/2 hour physio routine. Wednesday was an hour tempo ride on zwift, which actually gave me all time high 20 and 30 minute power records (according to strava ) Like the last record, I think that's more to do with not doing enough hard work previously than being particularly fit at the moment.
Tonight is another 45 minute treadmill session, and PT routine.
