A Weird Garmin Upload Question

I've started having this upload issue yesterday.  When I upload a run to BT from my Garmin 310xt, the time is way off.  For example, todays run was 44:20 long, but the Garmin uploaded a time of 50:19 (I went back and edited it).  Yesterday, the time uploaded was 4-5 minutes slower than the actual time as well.  There were times in each run when I was not moving (waiting for traffic, tying shoe, etc.) so I'm wondering if it's possible that the uploaded time is actual elapsed time.

What's interesting is that when I go to Garmin Connect, the times uploaded are what I expected (44:20 for todays run).  The only change I can think of that I made was updating the Garmin ANT agent, but I did that Sunday evening and have uploaded three runs since then that didn't have this issue.  As a side note, I did try this upload on another site that I use occasionally and the same thing happened there as well, also beginning yesterday.  So, I don't think the issue is BT specific, it's just interesting that it's not affecting the Garmin Connect upload as well.  I guess what I'm asking, was there some sort of change/update to the watch software that you guys are aware of?  Is there now a difference in what gets uploaded to BT and what gets uploaded to the Garmin Connect site?
