Comments: Average for me. I did want to beat my 5K but I got that niggling in my back again. I had gone to the chiropractor night before and he said don't push it so I didn't. It was all for fun though and a great way to start off 2008 for me. What would you do differently?: Not a thing.  Post race
Warm down: Jumping in the lake is warm down enough I think. LOL What limited your ability to perform faster: Back injury. Event comments: I think I was faster that 39:19. I forgot to stop my watch after jumping in. Oh well. I finished!!! YAY ME! Last updated: 2007-12-12 12:00 AM
