Yeah it is Food, Inc.

According to the documentary feeding cows corn doesn't clean out their digestive system like grass and hay does so they end up with copious amounts of ecoli in their stomachs which gets on the meat in the butchering process.

McDonald's (and probably most fast food joints) solution is to bath the meat in ammonia. It goes in a huge washing machine and is tumbled around in the stuff before it comes out in odd looking beef bricks.

I'm not suprised by this. Who actually expects to get a taco with real beef for $.80. This is taco bell... come on. If your wanting some real tacos go to qdoba or chipotle or real mexican restuarant.
