Hah! I thought she looked like Tonya, too.  I was going to post that earlier, but didn't want to take anything away from the champ.

No disrespect to the lady in question.

 I did a double take on the pic. Looks like she's on ice skates and was thinking what kind of psycho sport would combine 155# barbells on ice!

thats a heavy keg,,,she is sweating diamonds out her belly button!

...actually, she had charcoal in her belly button before the intense pressure and heat from her tremendously strong 6-pack muscles turned it into diamonds!  

This is about perfect in my opinion.

I dig crossfit women.  So yeah based on looks alone incredibly sexy to me.  Chiseld abs are nice when they aren't accompanied by the whole shredded vascular look which she doesn't have in her legs though you can tell they are fit too...

So yeah gimme some...

CrossFit does a lot for your core.  Even the heavy kettlebell swing she is doing in the pic requires a lot of midline stability.  I get sore in muscles I didn't know existed, and can visibly see my external obliques, despite being on the "softer" side of women who CrossFit. 

So her bodyfat is not necessarily dangerously low.  (She still has boobs.)  I'd say her bodyfat is athletic, and her abs are crazy defined. 

So, sexy or not, it's a look I admire!
