Three of my favorites are: Clean Food by Terry Walters The Conscious Cook by Tal Ronnen Thrive Foods by Brendan Brazier Remember just cutting out meat does not make for a good/better/healthy diet. It's easy to overload on carbs and miss out on protein if you are not thoughtful with your choices. You need to maintain a balanced diet. |
