I plan on switching to the profile design T2 aerobars and getting the aerodrink bottle. I'm thinking there will be no room for my computer with the aerodrink. So how do ya'll fix this problem or is it even a problem.

PD and others make an adapter that fits anywhere on your bar that your comp can mount to. Looks like a film canister.

I guess Ill have to wait and just play with to find how I like it. The stem just seems a little too far back to me but Im no expert.

Stem here too. And, I suppose it is a bit far back when aero, then I again I dont need to stare at it constantly. My comp has HR function and that is the number 1 thing I monitor on long rides and will in my HIM this weekend as well. I dont find it difficult to catch glimpses of MR and speed when I need to with it on the stem.

I went the other direction and put them out near the ends of the aero bars in front of the aero drink. Its a little tricky since the cord on my Astrale 8 is BARELY long enough ... I really had to get creative with how I ran it.

Get the Profile Design Universal Computer Mount (UCM) which will allow you to mount your computer perpendicular to your aerobars.

Another alternative is to use an FSA Control Center bracket to mount the unit directly over your stem, as I have done.  You just need to squeeze the bracket in beside your stem, which in my case meant moving my aero bars out by about 3/4".

Thanks for posting that pic! That mount is just what I am looking for. I have the computer behind the profile bottle. But the bottle blocks the screen....not good. I think my stem is too steep for the stem mount option. But this FSA mounting bracket looks good.

My hubby got a stem mount that goes under the "cap" on top of the stem (sorry, don't know the proper term...) but it broke in the middle of an IM and he had to get another one.

I actually mount my computer sideways on the aerobar. You can mount it just forwar of the bottle mount. It looks wierd, but takes suprising little time to get used to. You are only reading a couple of numbers not a book. I really didn't want to add the extra hardware of the mounting bracket.
