Thanks everyone for your support yesterday!!

This last year training for my first IM and really for being great BTers ever since I joined back before my first tri.

It was crazy day but amazing. The weather didn't really bother me until about last 10 miles of bike as I started to get cold. 

It is cool to have joined the IM club! 

I'll be uploading my official IM photos soon. Finisher picture was bad...but that jump took a lot out of me.

Although the rain made it a challenging day for those of us doing the race, every time I came through Lake Placid and some of the other communities along the way I was amazed at the crowds and support.   I just couldn't believe that all you people (my wife, daughter and their friends included) stood out there in the rain for the entire day!  That gave me the motivation to push on!

Thank you for braving the weather and cheering us on!!! 

Family and I are back from vacation in Lake George. Checked through this thread a little bit while I was there. Thanks so much to everyone for following along. It really meant a lot to know that so many people were keeping an eye on all of us racing. And another huge kudos to those volunteers and spectators who were in the rain with us all day.

I'm happy to have joined the club and actually looking forward to #2! Got my ink this afternoon. I'll post a pic after I take the dressing off and clean it up.
