bike travel case

Has anyone ever used a Tri All 3 bike case?  I was looking at the Velo Safe II Pro Series model and was wondering if it was a good, strong model.  I'm looking for a case with 4 wheels so it can be pulled like luggage rather than tipped and dragged thru an airport, as well as hold two bikes.  This is the only double model I found like this, so if anyone else knows of something similar, I'd love to hear about it.
