Sure, we have had some difficult times but we understand and respect each other. Then having kids brings in a whole new dimension...but our marriage is stronger than ever. I love being married. Oh, someone commented "not to get drunk at your own wedding". Well, I was totally smashed for my wedding and probably missed out, or don't remember all of the days events. But I have no regrets. The big wedding was for her and I figured if I was paying for it I was going to enjoy myself! After all, it's a celebration. Enjoy the day! yeah, that was moi.... I have seen WAY too many drunk brides/grooms who either embarrassed the heck out of themselves or remembered not a thing-- particularly sad when someone (like moi again) makes a brilliant heartfelt toast which apparently was completely forgotten/ (yes, I am bitter!) |

Your marriage WILL have it's ups and downs. There WILL be days when you not like each other. The key is to remember that 'love' is a choice we make. Choose to love each other, respect each other, and put the other person above yourself, and you'll have a pretty good marriage.
