Pre-race routine:

2 hour drive in rush hour to get to the East side of the Valley
Event warmup:

We were all warmed-up or sick to our reasoning stomachs wathching Chris dance in a green thong at the Alamo renatl parking lot.

This was a blast event that helped me know the ESCKTC members in my van even better than some of the trainings we have shared the past year.
What would you do differently?:

Ask for longer legs - I am just not built to be a sprinter so speed is not my forte'

1.5 mile drive to make a dinner engagement.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My extra weight keeps me from being a sprinter.

I am with Tanya in that I would do this again if there was enough intrest!!!

Course: Speeking only of my legs I probably had one of the easiest three legs with a hard 6.8 mile leg, an easy 3.8 mile leg and a perfect 5k to finish my running efforts.

You may not be built like a sprinter, but DANG you went fast!  I think you've earned the new nickname of: "ROLLING THUNDER"!!

It was great doing this event with you and you made it a blast. I just wish we could have been able to hang out more than we could.
