Subject: Disney World tickets, best place to buy

So I'll soon be packing up the family truckster and hauling the family across the country to FL for a week and we've decided the kids are old enough to fully appreciate Disney World.  Tickets on Disney's website would run us over $300 for my wife and I along with 3 out of 4 of our kids (youngest staying with Grandma & Grandpa).  I'm just curious if there is a route to buy the tickets and save a few bucks without going to some timeshare seminar.

 

Any pointers?

I see lots of places all around the magic kingdom that claim to have cheap tickets.   I'd be leary of these places.   Sometimes the conseiarge at the hotel you stay at can help you out with tix.   (I'm a Fla. resident so our tickets are cheaper, plus I have a yearly pass)

It's been a while since we have been to Disney, but last time we went this was the one item we just couldn't get a discount on. We looked everywhere we could think of and the price on park ticket was the same. Travel agent friends confirmed as well. In the end we just walked in to our local Disney store and bought them.

Thanks for the info everyone.  I ended up buying them from Disney.  They were the same price there as any other site that looked legit, so I took the safe route.  It must be nice having something so in demand that discounts aren't even necessary.
