JEN, I need to change my challenge goals this month. Can I do this myself on the spreadsheet or do you do it for me?

New Goals:

8K swimming

150K biking

50K run/walk/crosstrainer

I need to put the numbers down as otherwise it will be far to stressfull for me this month and right now adding another stresor is the last thing I need

You can change them yourself on the spreadsheet.  It's still early enough in the month that it's not a problem.

Hi Jen,

Kurtiskaun popped into the Mighty Moose thread, and asked how to join the challenge. I directed him here, but just in case he doesn't make it here - here's a link to his request:

Welcome!  I have you on the Mighty Moose team.

As far as your swim goal, I can track time or distance in the spreadsheet but not both.  I put it as distance, but you are welcome to change to time if you prefer it that way.

*sniff sniff*

Why are they all asking to join the Measly Mice team?

Don't they know the REAL action is on the Outrageous Onion Rings?

(Although, I don't need to look at the threads to predict that the Lumpy Lava Lamps are heading up the Post Count Challenge. LOL)

Go Onions!

So... you don't mind being called a Lava Lamp, as long as I don't mention that you're lumpy?

Okey-dokey.

LOL

Request to drop from the challenge this month. Foot is not cooperating and I really need to listen to the dr. and let it heal properly. Thought I was going to be able to do the race. Dr. said he would let me because the damage would not be permanent but it would set me back. Considering how i am still having major pain 7 days after tennis, i think I would be STUPID to do the race next weekend and then try to do the rest of my goals too. So rather than pull the team down with me not being sure of what I will be able to accomplish, I respectfully withdraw from the Plucky Pineapples team.

Kendra, you can definitely drop out of the challenge.  I don't want you to take the risk of injuring yourself more.  It's not worth it.

I'm sorry you are still having problems with your foot.  Take the time off and let it heal.

Question for the challenge leaders -

What happens if you are over 100% on some part of the challenge and under 100% on another part? Is it your average that gets counted as the official % completed for the month?

thanks!
