Comments: Tried to go out slow then speed up. Because of the hills, where I am at in my training, and that I've worked out for 13 straight days before this race, I was not able to speed up much. That's fine. It is what it is, I'll get much better. What would you do differently?: I'm cool. First 10K ever. I have only run 6 or more miles a few times. Just have to get a lot more work-outs in over the next couple months. Post race
Warm down: Stretched a teeny bit. Drove home for an hour. What limited your ability to perform faster: Waiting until recently to get serious about training. Streched ran a couple of minutes ran in place many times and bounced around.
