Comments: My race was the tale of two races, the first half was great, finished the half in 1:58 and was really feeling stronger as I was going....wish someone had told my left knee that. I had my first dose of ITB problems to the point where at around mile 18 I was contemplating how much money I had in my race belt and how much it would cost to take a cab back to the start finish area. I'm not exactly thrilled with my time, but bad races happen. Here are my splits for the day Mile 1 9:27 Mile 2 9:27 Mile 3 9:18 Mile 4 8:56 Mile 5 8:40 Mile 6 8:38 Mile 7 9:10 Mile 8 9:11 Mile 9 8:54 Mile 10 8:22 Mile 11 9:14 Mile 12 9:14 Mile 13 8:44 Mile 14 9:42 Mile 15 9:32 Mile 16 12:20 Mile 17 12:21 Mile 18 13:10 Mile 19 10:56 Mile 20 9:44 Mile 21 9:21 Mile 22 13:19 Mile 23 11:41 Mile 24 13:22 Mile 25 12:32 Mile 26 10:18 Mile.2 1:56 At the end, if it was flat I could still run reasonable times, if it was on hills, or side hill(with the crowning in the road)forget it. What would you do differently?: Amputate my left IT Band. Post race

Had a great time, met up with friends, sat around chit-chatting...just a great day.
