Subject: Lifetime Fitness Columbia Indoor Triathlon

This was my first triathlon.  It was completely indoors and doesn't require any equipment, other than maybe swim goggles if you want them. 

 The facility was top-notch and the race well run.  I would call it more of a time-trial as opposed to a race.

 This is great for a newbie like me or for a warm-up race at the beginning of the season.
