Group run on Saturday (4/19)?

I've got masters swim on Saturday AM but would be open to Sunday.

I'm thinking of staying close to home this weekend.  I do have a 10 miler planned for Saturday.  Am planning on doing it around Cleary Lake.  It's 3.34 miles of perfectly blacktopped trail and slightly rolling terrain.  Anybody want to head down and run in the south.  Clearly Lake is about 4 miles off of 35W on 185 th street.  Very easy to get to.  Just throwing it out there.  Pretty darn close to you also Sal.

I am doing my long run on Sunday. If anyone is interested in loooong and sloooow, I think Geoff and I are doing 14 miles sometime around 10am Sunday at the Lakes.

My schedule is a bit up in the air at the moment, but I've got 90 mins to get done in between turkey hunting in the AM and a 2 hr bike in the afternoon.

Yeah, ran it two years ago so I know what to expect in terms of the mud (and the hills!)
I was in better shape the last time I ran it, so we'll see how this one goes.

There is a race around Lake Phalen on Sat. morning. It would be a good tune-up for next Sat.

Well, if anyone picks this up this morning, Beth's flight came in late last night.  I'm gonna pick her up at 8:30ish and run at the Lakes.

Should be there a little before 9 AM. Parking lot of Lake Calhoun Center. 1 loop around Lake Calhoun at about 12:30 min/mi pace.

Did you guys have a good run? I ended up having my running partner bail (he wasn't feeling good to start off, so better smart than stupid) after one loop of Calhoun and Harriet, so I was alone for Lake of the Isles and my 2nd Calhoun loop, which kinda sucked.

It's about time to start getting some good group rides started.
