CROWDED. got caught up in people. got kicked in the face. kept having to reset myself into a line that would look clear
What would you do differently?:

not sure. i started on the outside to try to minimize getting tangled in people and it just didn't help.

was not really pushing transition (it's HUGE!) but still v. frustrated with wetsuit. it's been so long since i've worn one!

more bodyglide on ankles.

haaaaaaaaaaaa. hahahahaha. hot. started okay, first mile-eh. then i was just hot. and couldn't breathe. and couldn't run. i tanked. i KNOW i can do better. not enough in me to do anything more than that.

more bricks. longer long runs. longer ride then run.

Congrats on the oly!

It WAS hot that day.  We were nearly melting in the Magic Kingdom after coming straight from up North.
