I was in the Mediterranean in the mid-80's in the military and we hit the nude beaches to throw football and Frisbee.  The Europeans would stand around and watch, in the buff as well.  Nude beaches were so nonsexual over there. 

So yeah, I would.

what cracks me up is when people run these and have a heart rate chest strap on. I mean if you are going to run a race naked, do you really need your HR data.

You need the data so you can improve on your next naked run. Or at least you can see your resting heartrate had increased for some unknown reason.
