Stretching, trying to calm down my children!! This was my kids' first race. My son was so nervous, I thought he was going to throw up.

My son had a hard time getting into a pace the first mile. After the mile 1 marker, he could keep a consistent jog and walk.

My daughter won 2nd in her age group (5-6 y/o).
