I did not train enough, and I didn't drink nearly enough during the race. I experienced significant dehydration.

Event comments:

It's a great little race that's fun mostly because it's still small, and I particularly like it because it's only a mile from my house.

Way to hang tough in that wind Billy...seems to be a common theme in all the race reports last week...

I wouldn't be complaining about a 4th place AG ranking...
