A friend of mine has chosen this to be her very first tri.  I say she is crazy, but she loved the swag bag so signed up.  Good luck to all.

i jsut decided to register. I was planning on HighCliff, but gas prices are keeping my travel plans local. Jersey & a hat - alot bang for the buck! It's great area out there. Is transition across the street from beach?

She asked me to jockstrap for her cuz she didn't want the competition.  However, since she is doing the Oly and I would just be hangin' out, I decided to sign up for the sprint.  Too bad you can't do packet pick up day of the race with gas prices and all.  UGH!  Oh well.  I am excited to do it cuz I didn't have one on the books until July.  Yeah for me!

Who is Paul from RA?  Enjoy that nervousness.  Some people would pay for that feeling.  Just wait til you are done, the feeling of accomplishment will wipe the memory of nerves right out of your brain.  What a great high.  I am jealous that you will have completed an Oly before me:0  You go girl, I am proud of you!!

I just brought that up to Clint this morning.  I am not going to be around much this weekend so thought he and the kids could come with for pick up and enjoy the spread and fellowship.  Jury is still out.
