Comments: I wanted to reach my goal of 28:00, but wasn't sure if I could do it in the heat. It was a hard run cardio wise with the heat, legs felt fine. What would you do differently?: Eat breakfast, or at least a banana. My stomach was not happy on the last mile. Post race
