Subject: Terms used in the training plans
Hi, I'm new, but was curious if I could find a list of terms used in the plans....There are a lot of abbreviations in the training plans that I am not familiar with.  Is there a glossary available?

Note, go back to the Programs button  at the top of the site.  In there you will find links to 'Plan questions, Terms and Definitions, Video Tutorials,' etc.
